2. The petitioner claiming to be a registered organization of retired employees of T.M. Bhagalpur University has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

(i) For issuance of directions to the respondents to provide all consequential benefit to the retired non teaching employees of Tilka Manjhi University and constituent colleges of the said University, implementing the commitment of the State Government given to the Bihar State University and College Employees Federation, under agreement/compromise dated 18.07.2007, in the light of order dated 07.08.2008, passed in

Patna High Court CWJC No.12652 of 2016 dt.19-08-2017 2/2 C.W.J.C. No. 10870 of 2008, by Hon'ble Patna High Court, as well as, order dated 18.01.2013, passed in Civil Appeal No. 516 of 2013 [Arising out of SLP (C) No. 22617 of 2008], by Hon'ble Supreme Court.

(ii) To hold that the action under challenge is illegal, improper and malafide, as well as without jurisdiction."

3. The Court finds the relief sought to be too vague for any specific order to be passed.
