Nutan Sahay, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara, Bihar submits that the grievance of the petitioner, as raised in this writ petition, giving the direction to the said University for permanent affiliation of the petitioner's college for M.Ed courses, has already been redressed regarding which second supplementary counter affidavit has been filed by the University through E-mail, but the same is not available on the record. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that while the order giving permanent affiliation of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.23089 of 2018(8) dt.04-02-2021 2/2 petitioner's college for M.Ed courses has been passed by the University, but the permission is not being given by the University for its recognition.

The prayer of the petitioner, as appears from the writ petition is for the permanent affiliation of the petitioner's college for M.Ed courses, as such, the grievance of the petitioner, as raised in this writ application, has already been redressed.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to agitate his subsisting grievance before the concerned authorities, if it is so advised. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U
