JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 30-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No.212 of 2018, G.R. No. 823/2018 for the offenses under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he was instrumental in illegal withdrawal of money from the Bank Account of one Chandramani Devi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is sweeper of the Bank. The petitioner is in custody since 19.2.2019. learned counsel submits that except suspicion there is no material to connect the petitioner with the commission of the crime.

No.35527 of 2019(2) dt.30-05-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioner, who is Sweeper of the Bank, is in jail since 19.2.2019, the Court presumes that investigation in this case is now complete and as such the court is inclined to grant him bail. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No.212 of 2018, G.R. No. 823/2018.
