1. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs:
"For issuance of a writ in the nature of a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ / order / direction upon the respondent authorities to make payment of the petitioner's approved and admitted bills of the Rabbi & Khareef Marketing Season period 2012-13, totaling to a gross amount of Rs.
Patna High Court CWJC No.21915 of 2018 dt.22-09-2025 2/3 96,06,101/- (Rupees ninety six lakhs six thousand one hundred and one only) for the work done as Transportation and Handling Agent, along with penal interest for the delayed payment."
2. At the very outset, Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that since this matter is squarely covered under the order passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 23336 of 2018 (Suveer Kumar Pardeshi Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors), this writ petition may also be disposed of on the same terms and conditions.
3. Heard the Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Learned counsel for the respondents.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the Learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed of, without going into merits or demerits of the case, in terms of the aforesaid judgment passed in Suveer Kumar Pardeshi (supra) with liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the 2nd respondent within two months from the date of
Patna High Court CWJC No.21915 of 2018 dt.22-09-2025 3/3 receipt of this order with all relevant documents and bills to enable the Managing Director, BSFC, to adjudicate the claim of the petitioner. In turn the 2nd respondent shall pass an appropriate order within three months from the date of the representation.
5. With the aforesaid direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
6. Interlocutory Application, if any, shall stands disposed of.
