The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Parsa PS. Case No. 21 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 232, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier the petitioner has been granted provisional anticipatory bail vide order dated 05.07.2019 by a coordinate Bench of this Court but the petitioner could not surrender before the court below. Now the parties have compromised their case and a supplementary affidavit has also been filed to that effect, which is on record. Hence, the

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- 13th, Saran at Chapra in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 21 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
