The petitioners being parents of the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by administering poison after 2 and half years of marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that matrimonial life of the victim was cordial and one male child was also born from the wedlock. Hence, there was no occasion for torture. The post-mortem reflects no injury and the viscera has been preserved, the doctor failed to opine the cause

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S.
