The petitioner is in custody in connection with Tribeniganj P.S. Case No. 66 of 2020, for the offence under Sections 304, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is the Director of Om Shanti Jan Seva Clinic. Petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2020.

It is alleged that due to negligence of the petitioner, the mother of the informant died.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is Director of Om Shanti Jan Seva Clinic where mother of the informant was

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36788 of 2020(2) dt.01-02-2021 2/2 undergoing treatment and could not survive after operation and he is in custody since 25.05.2020, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Supaul in connection with Tribeniganj P.S.
