This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Tarari P.S. Case No.39 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under section 96 of the B.N.S., 2023. 3.

It is alleged that the petitioner has kidnapped the daughter of the informant. He is in custody since 27.02.2025.

From the statement of the victim girl recorded under section 183 of the B.N.S.S., it appears that she was in a relationship with the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
