The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No.61 of 2015/G.R. No.922 of 2015 registered under Sections 337 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation of the informant is that when she proceeded from her house to take milk, she was assaulted by all the the petitioners by bricks and glasses due to which she sustained injury on her head and hand. Earlier, she was also assaulted by them regarding which two F.I.Rs. were lodged by
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18263 of 2015 (2) dt.02-07-2015 2/2 her.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the informant is in the habit of lodging the case against the petitioners regarding the petty dispute. It is further submitted that the informant sustained injury in the middle region of the scalp caused by hard and blunt substance and in C.T. Scan no abnormal injury was found on the head of the informant. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within four weeks, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Gaya, in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No.61 of 2015/G.R. No.922 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
