Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR was lodged with allegation that the petitioner and others forcefully abducted Manorma Kumari, the married daughter of the informant.

The victim-girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that she had voluntarily gone with the petitioner for the purpose of marriage as she was not happy with her husband.

Considering the statement of the victim-girl, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8288 of 2017 (2) dt.15-03-2017 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Jamui/successor Court in connection with Chakai Police Station Case No. 85 of 2016.
