1. Heard learned counsel for the appellant and the State .

2. It is submitted by the learned special Public Prosecutor for the State that after investigation charge - sheet has been submitted against the petitioner u/s 341 , 406, 323 , 504 and 34 of IPC and 3(i) ( x ) SC / ST Act and differing with the same , learned Court below cognizance of offence has also been taken under aforesaid sections against the petitioner on 0.12.2024 , and as such , the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the appellant is not maintainable . In this regard, reliance is placed in the case of Bachu Das Vs. State of Bihar and others, reported in (2014) 3 Supreme Court Cases 471.

3. In view of the aforesaid pronouncement of law rendered by Hon'ble the Supreme Court, appellants' prayer of pre-arrest is refused.
