The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that informant released Rs.
2,81,000/- for transfer of the land to the petitioner for total consideration amount of Rs. 22,000,00/-. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no proof with regard to payment of money and neither the land was transferred to the informant nor the money was returned to him.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16259 of 2015 (2) dt.17-04-2015 a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 214 of 2013, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
