2. Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 5 bringing on record materials to show that the departmental proceeding is under progress.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 5 to ensure that the said departmental proceeding is concluded

4. The petitioner shall cooperate in the proceeding. If he does not do so, the respondent no. 5 shall be free to proceed, in accordance with law without giving any undue indulgence to the petitioner.

5. It goes without saying that all objections raised by the petitioner shall be duly and properly considered before passing final order.
