Petitioner is accused in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 927 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 302, 307, 504 and 324 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 04.01.2019. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.
