JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-06-2021 As prayed for, let the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office vide its notes dated 16.12.2020, within four weeks of starting of Court proceeding in physical mode in normal course. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State through video conferencing. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case no. 03 of 2020, registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing of daughter of informant within two years of marriage by her husband and inlaws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35748 of 2020(2) dt.25-06-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of deceased. Further submission is that, in fact, due to quarrel and misunderstanding in between the deceased Priti Kumari and her husband Awdhesh Kumar, Priti Kumari committed suicide, but with ulterior motive, the petitioners, who are father-in-law and mother-in-law, have falsely been implicated in this case. Sri Manoranjan Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that Awdhesh Kumar, husband of deceased, is in custody since 05.10.2020.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Miss Nutan Kumar, J.M. 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case no. 03 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
