2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No. 215 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 420, 393/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that the informant is a truck driver and when he was going to Riva (MP), he was intercepted by six persons and three of them have looted cash, mobile and 519 tin palm oil.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and the name of the petitioner has transpired on confessional statement of the co-accused, namely, Ranjan Sahani.

5. Learned APP vehemently opposes the prayer of the anticipatory bail and submits that stolen article has been recovered from the house of this petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and gravity of offence, the prayer for grant of bail stands rejected.
