The petitioner is in custody in connection with Aurangabad Excise Case No. 481 of 2019 (CIS No. 481 of 2019), registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case total 16 liters country made liquor was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is in custody in this case since 26.04.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than one
