The petitioner seeks bail in Town (Sikandarpur OP) P.S. Case No. 360 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 379, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, on the revelation of this petitioner and other accused persons who are accused in Brahmpura PS Case No. 143 of 2020, huge unaccounted money, gold ornaments, firearms and other incriminating material have been recovered. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. During course of investigation, name of this petitioner has come in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Pappu Sahani.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50314 of 2021(2) dt.26-11-2021 2/2 No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Recovery has been made from other accused persons. Petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2020. Investigation is complete.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Town (Sikandarpur OP) P.S. Case No. 360 of 2020.
