1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ petition is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to rehabilitate the petitioners in the light of Basgit Parcha dated 16.08.2021, whereby and whereunder the petitioners have been forcibly displaced by demolishing the house of

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
