BAJANTHRI ORAL ORDER 18-05-2023 In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ (s), order(s), direction (s) for quashing the order dated 20.01.2022 passed in supply Appeal no. 40/2019-20 by the learned court of collector Madhubani whereby and where under the abovesaid Appeal no. 40/2019-20 filed by the petitioner against the order dated 29.11.2019 (by which the license of P.D.S. shop of petitioner has been cancelled) has been rejected and after quashing the abovesaid order dated 20.01.2022 respondents be directed to grant/restore the license of P.D.S. Shop in favour of petitioner and to grant any other relief (s) for which petitioner may found entitled in accordance with law"

2. The petitioner has a statutory remedy of filing revision under Rule 32(VI). Accordingly, the present petition

Patna High Court CWJC No.10287 of 2022(2) dt.18-05-2023 2/2 stands disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file revision petition before the Revisional Authority at the earliest.

3. The Revisional Authority is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's revision within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such revision.
