2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 306, 34 of the I.P.C. read with Section 67(c) of I.T. Act, 2000.

3. As per the prosecution case, marriage of informant's daughter was solemnized with one Rohit Prasad. It is further stated that she was residing at her Naihar and one of her relative Binda Prasad had visited her house on 19.01.2022. Thereafter, 5 named accused persons along with 20-25 unknown persons surrounded the house of the informant and started abusing the informant and her daughter about her illicit relation with the said Binda Prasad. It has alleged that on the instance of Sarpanch, the people have assaulted them and all thing was recorded and subsequently it was made viral. Seeing this, the

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. His name has come during course of investigation in the pen drive clippings in which petitioner and other accused persons were seen abusing the deceased. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Co-accused, with similar allegation, have already been allowed pre-arrest bail by different benches of this Court.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in Paharpur Police Station Case No. 24 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
