The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Chapra P.S. Case No. 350/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation against Vigyan Srivastava, Manu Srivastava and Mukul Srivastava that they assaulted the informant with fists, slaps and piece of bricks causing injury on his head. Only allegation against the petitioners is that while the informant was under treatment in Sadar Hospital, Chapra, the petitioners threatened him not to lodge the case. The informant came to know this fact from his mother. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that there

No.19950 of 2015 (3) dt.03-07-2015 is no allegation of assault against the petitioners, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 350/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
