Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 158 of 2016 registered under Sections- 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case falsely due to ulterior motive. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Copy of the seizure list was not served upon the petitioner or any members of petitioner's family. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 19.10.2016.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12326 of 2017 (2) dt.24-03-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 158 of 2016.
