The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 849 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The complainant-wife made allegation of demand of dowry and torture against her husband and other family members. It is submitted that the petitioners are in-laws of the complainant and the petitioners have no manner of concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. The complainant also solemnized second marriage. Rakesh Chaudhary

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19059 of 2015 (3) dt.03-10-2016 2/2 the husband of the complainant has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27427 of 2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Complaint Case No. 849 of 2014, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
