This application has been filed by the petitioner for modification of judgment and order dated 20.07.2021 passed in CWJC No. 9332 of 2021 as in the aforesaid writ petition, Khesra No.1513 and area measuring 10 Katha 4 Dhurs has inadvertently been typed in place of Khesra No.513 and area measuring 10 Katha 6 Dhurs and the same mistake also crept in the judgment dated 20.07.2021.

As such, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the main writ petition with respect to khesra number and area of the land only.

Patna High Court MJC No.1658 of 2021(2) dt.06-10-2021 2/2 Accordingly, let Khesra No.513 and area measuring 10 Katha 6 Dhurs" be read in place of "Khesra No.1513 and area measuring 10 Katha 4 Dhurs". The order and judgment dated 20.07.2021 passed in CWJC No. 9332 of 2021 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only.

The modification petition is allowed.
