The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 506 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is mother of co-accused Jitendra Sharma. Allegation is of kidnapping of Beauti Kumari, aged about 16 years. The victim-girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. simply stated that co-accused Jitendra had induced to go with him. She made no other allegation against any other accused. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
