It is submitted that due to bonafide mistake the village of the petitioner has been typed as 'Muarchak' which should be 'Jamsaut'. In the facts and circumstances stated above let in the order dated 18.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1519 of 2017 in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 644 of 2016 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur the village of the petitioner be read as 'Jamsaut' in place of 'Muarchak'.
