2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 221 of 2023 registered for offences under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was called by one Angur Sah and subsequently his dead body was found in the clinic of a doctor.

4. Considering the fact that it is the petitioner who had called the deceased and thereafter the deceased was found dead, this court is of the considered opinion that this is not a fit case for anticipatory bail.

5. The application for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, dismissed.

6. The petitioner must surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised.
