2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Lodipur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, despite a case lodged by informant against the petitioner he is disturbing the informant and due to hindrance created by him she could not be able to fill up form of NEET (UG) - 2023. The petitioner also used to give threatening to the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a student aged about 19 years. Petitioner and informant were friends and due to some misconception present case has been filed against the petitioner. The informant falsely alleged that she could not fill up the form of NEET, 2023 but the fact is that Admit Card has been issued to her. The petitioner has

5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. In the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission of learned counsel for the parties and the fact that the petitioner is a student, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Lodipur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2023 subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
