This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 386 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, ransom was demanded from mobile. Submission of the petitioner is that the said mobile was not of the petitioner. He was apprehended merely on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Ramesh Kumar. The petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16852 of 2017 (3) dt.16-05-2017 2/2 satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 296/2015.
