Petitioner seeks bail in Chandi P.S. Case No.59 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 384, 386/34 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that police got information that petitioner with other two persons are taking money forcefully in the name of construction of temple from truck drivers. It is alleged that 18 notes of ten rupees denomination, one note of twenty rupees denomination and one mobile was recovered.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no complaint by the Truck Driver of taking money by this petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 22.04.2019 having clean

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XI, Bhojpur, Arrah, in connection with Chandi P.S.
