2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. Case No. 203 of 2024 arising out of Sugauli P. S. Case No. 200 of 2023 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, marriage of the daughter of informant was solemnized with petitioner No. 1 on 10.05.2022 and thereafter, all the accused persons including these petitioners started demanding motorcycle and other goods as dowry and due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry all the accused persons killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner No. 1 is husband and petitioner No. 2 is father-in-law of the deceased. He next submits that informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence and only on suspicion these petitioners have been made accused in this case. As a matter of fact, deceased committed suicide by hanging. Petitioners are in custody since 18.07.2023.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner No. 1 is none other than husband of the deceased and there is specific accusation that these petitioners along with other accused persons committed murder of the deceased. Moreover, deceased died within seven years of marriage in unnatural circumstances.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
