For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Nadimul Hasan For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Raj Kishor Singh (App) ====================================================== CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-06-2015 The petitioners, who are father and two sons, apprehend arrest in relation to Chousa :Police Station (PS) Case No 11 of 2015 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 379, 448, 307, 504/34 of Indian Penal Code (IPC).
It is submitted that there is a case and counter case and the petitioner and informant are immediate neighbours and there was altercation between the parties. The injures caused on the informant's wife has been found to be simple in nature and no case under Section 307, IPC or for that matter, Section 379, IPC is made out.
Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioners
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18244 of 2015 (2) dt.11-06-2015 abovenamed shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 01st Class, Uda Kishunganj in Chousa PS Case No 11 of 2015 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
