This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner was advanced Bank loan on the basis of land possession certificate, produced by the petitioner, which was subsequently found to be a forged certificate.
The petitioner has sated on oath that he had no knowledge about the genuineness of the certificate, which was definitely issued by the Circle Office.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No. 962 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, or
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
