The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No. 114 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 8(c), 21(c) & 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act. As per the prosecution case, 15g of brown sugar has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner which is less than the commercial quantity but more than the small quantity.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the antecedent of the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.
