The petitioner seeks bail in Dhaka P.S. Case No. 167 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354B, 307, 379 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named the petitioner and two other accused persons are alleged that they entered into her house torn her undergarments in order to outrage her modesty. The accused persons assaulted her and snatched her ornaments. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the brother of Sonelal Patel and son of Sakal Patel who is also made accused in this case. The father and son are made accused only to settle score on the ground of land dispute. The entire allegation is false and concocted. The informant got simple injuries. The petitioner is next door neighbour and brother-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11899 of 2017 (2) dt.20-03-2017 2/2 in-law of the informant. Sonelal Patel and Sakal Patel have already been enlarged on bail by the Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in BP No. 1258 of 2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in Dhaka P.S. Case No. 167 of 2016.
