2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 09.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76006 of 2023 by this Court to the extent that there has been some typographical error in the name of petitioner.

3. In view of the aforesaid facts, let name of Petitioner No. 2 in order dated 09.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76006 of 2023 be read as follows:- "Juna Paswan @ Puna Paswan @ Tuna Paswan S/o Ghosh Paswan @ Ghosa Paswan @ Jai Kishun Paswan, R/o Village Pajairawa @ Panjiparwa P.S. Sugauli District East Champaran"

4. Accordingly, further four weeks' time from today is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48583 of 2024(2) dt.31-08-2024 2/2 granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the concerned Court where the case is pending, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.

5. Accordingly, order dated 09.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76006 of 2023 is modified to the above extent and this petition is allowed.
