The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 26 of 2014 registered under Sections 323, 341, 504, 506 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 3(x) of the S.C./S.T. Act.

It is alleged that petitioner along with other co-accused persons came by tractor and they plied the tractor through newly constructed road, when the informant raised objection, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons abused the informant by his caste name and snatched a mobile and took out Rs. 1000/- from his pocket.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in
