2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Industrial P.S. Case No. 39 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 351(3), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 28.02.2026.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the injury caused to the victim is simple in nature.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Industrial P.S. Case No. 39 of 2026.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Zeromile Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
