The petitioner, who is in custody since 28.06.2020, seeks bail in connection with Barun P. S. Case No. 49 of 2020, dated 19.02.2020, instituted for offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. is against unknown. It appears that the petitioner was arrested in Barun P. S. Case No. 53 of 2020 on 25.02.2020, where he made a confession. On the basis of aforesaid confession by him while he was

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36022 of 2020(2) dt.27-01-2021 2/2 in custody, he has been remanded in the present case. After this, he has been named in six other cases but in none of those cases, he has been remanded.

The petitioner has not been put on test identification parade and nothing incriminating appears to have been recovered from his possession.

Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Barun P. S. Case No. 49 of 2020.

The petition stands allowed.
