The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 72 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. From perusal of the seizure list, it is evident that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Further he submits that the alleged recovery has been made from the co-accused Pankaj Kumar. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
