Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has not stolen any motorcycle. There is no complaint from anyone regarding theft of the motorcycle in question. Petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2019.
