Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 100 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 435 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the instant case due to land dispute. Further submission is that there

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S.
