The matter was sent to the Mediation Centre of the Court for mediation. The report of the Mediator indicates that in spite of best and sincere efforts, the dispute between the parties could not be resolved through the process of mediation. Considering the report and considering the allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the above named petitioner, he should surrender before SDJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Bhagalpur Mahila P.S.Case No.39 of 2014 and pray for regular bail.
