Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A),307 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

This is a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that the husband of the informant faced trial and the trial resulted in acquittal of the husband. Petitioners are relations of the husband.

Considering the submission aforesaid and general and omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioners,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36524 of 2019(2) dt.18-06-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chapra Town Police Station Case No.74 of 2014, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
