2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No.205 of 2023 lodged on 04.05.2023 under Sections 8/20 (b) (ii) (A) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

3. As per the prosecution case, 0.787 kg of ganja has been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner being a lady is innocent and has committed no offence. The name of the petitioner has figured in this case only due to the reason that his other relatives' name are also figured in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 05.05.2023 having no criminal antecedent. Moreover, the

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge- 1, Bhagalpur, in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 205 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
