The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Allegedly, it is a case of cruelty due to non-fulfilment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner no.1 is father-in-law, petitioner

No.40337 of 2022(2) dt.06-12-2022 2/2 no.2 is mother-in-law and petitioner no.3 is Bhaisur of the victim and they have no concern with the mess and business of the victim and her husband, namely, Prince Kumar @ Avinash Kumar. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Bhagalpur in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 64 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. No.4182 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
