After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner in view of the order dated 10.02.2015, passed in C.W.J.C No. 2420 of 2015, seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to avail the remedy by way of memorial under Rule 40 of the General Insurance (Conduct, Discipline & Appeal) Rules, 1975.

That being so, this application is permitted to be withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
