JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-09-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of a direction to the respondent authority with regard to registration of sale deed, produced by the petitioner to sell his land, situated at Mauza Sanhauliganj, Khata No.159, Khesra No.1465."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the RespondentState submits that no instrument has been filed by the petitioner for registration and in fact, the challan, filed before the Sub-

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to file the requisite instrument afresh for registration, by depositing the requisite stamp duty afresh. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 4.
