BAJANTHRI ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 17-01-2022 This matter is heard via video conferencing due to circumstances prevailing on account of the COVID-19 Pandemic. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i) To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to accept the joining of petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sevika in terms of his selection and appointment letter dated 02.09.2019 issued by the Mahila Paryavekshika cum Secretary of Selection Committee, Singhaso, Gorhaniya, Bisfi, District-Madhubani and further direct to pay the salary thereto.
(ii) To restrain the respondents for harassing the petitioner by way of ignoring
Patna High Court CWJC No.1003 of 2021 dt.17-01-2022 2/2 the joining of petitioner not with stating issue of selection and appointment letter.
(iii) To hold and declare that respondent is ignoring the law amounting from the guideline for selection and appoint of Anganbari Sevika and various Articles of Constitution.
(iv) To hold and declare that the grievance of petitioner is justified and genuine and fit to be redressed."
In support of the aforesaid relief the petitioner has submitted representation on 10.10.2020 (Anneuxre-2). The concerned respondent is hereby directed to redress the grievance of the petitioner in passing speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order failing which the petitioner is entitled to litigation cost which is quantified @ Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand). The same shall be paid to the petitioner by the concerned organization/department.
With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
